Blustery Day!

We had our first real snow of the season today. It was windy and snowy, I think we got about 4 inches here, just enough for the kids to be able to get out and go sledding. I got some pics, but I need to upload them from my camera yet.

We have had one heck of a week here. Dan had the week off for hunting and got 2 Doe's so far. I am having a Pampered Chef party tomorrow and have been cleaning and reorganizing all week. We had our first real parent/teacher conference this week for Zach, and he aced with flying colors. Amazing how far he has come in the last year. He could hardly write his name this time last year and now he is starting to read sentences! It's amazing! He is a math whiz besides, out of 55 pages of his math workbook, he only had 2 wrong!!! I am so proud of him. On the other hand there is his attitude problem at home, we finally had his black tape removed from his Taekwondo belt, which is for manors and so forth, and his response .. " I don't care, doesn't bother me." ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR makes me want to scream ! But he does have to have all required colors of tape before he can test.. so we'll see whose screaming when it comes time to test and he doesn't have his black tape. I am hoping he will earn it back before then though.

On the scrapping front.. DDDesigns7 has done some major revamping to their blog . We are going to be doing weekly make and takes and monthly contests so I hope you stop by to see some gorgeous projects/with directions and even get your hands on some DDD7 so you can participate in the contests ! If you would like to know where you can purchase DDD7, leave me your email address and I will get back to you. I am thinking about giving some nice RAK's away for anyone who posts a link to their DDD7 layouts ! So come on ladies.. give me some links !!!

Bye for now!
God Bless!
