Happy New Year!

Well, it's been a trip this Christmas that's for sure. We had a very nice Christmas,though Chloe and I have been really sick with some stomach virus for about a week now. Today is the first day that I have really felt good in a week. Thank God! Chloe is still having an on and off fever though, I guess I will have to take her in to the Doc. tomorrow.
We had some sad news over the Holidays , my best friend's dad passed away on Friday. He had an aneurysm of the aorta, 6 tears in his aorta! Needless to say, he did not have a living will and after emergency surgery he died and was brought back and was in a coma. What a terrible time to have to lose your father, around Christmas.Now it will never be the same for her. I went to see her today and brought her some food and she just bawled. My heart breaks for her. So if you do not have a living will go have one made, no matter what your age is! Let your wishes be known to your family members too. Her family had to make that terrible decision to take him off life support. UGH!

On a brighter note, I am glad school is getting back in session this week. WHEW it's been a loooong break! haha I wish our schools would go all year around!

The fall layout is for DDD7- their new line that was released recently. Thanks to my sweet mate-Dawn Inskip for making me the little crocheted flowers!!! Thank you sweetie!

I am patiently awaiting the new We R Memory Keepers design team posting tomorrow evening .. hoping and praying my name will be on that list! Cross your fingers for me ladies!
